SOS Children’s Villages, a social welfare organisation that provides orphaned, abandoned and destitute children with a stable and permanent family home and educational opportunities is inviting applications from dynamic and suitably qualified persons for the above position.
Qualification and Requirements
  1. The successful applicant will report to the National Director
  2. He/She should hold a first degree in Social Sciences or Business Administration
  3. Age- Not less than 30 years
  4. Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
  5. The ideal candidate should have strong Leadership, organisational and managerial skills
  6. Must possess good interpersonal skills; excellent spoken and written communication skills
  7. Should be a strategic thinker combined with practical “can do” attitude and possess strong analytical decision-making, time management and problem solving skills
  8. The successful applicant should be self-motivated, innovative and capable of providing administrative leadership in managing the National Director’s office
  9. Must have fundraising and sales experience
  10. Must be computer literate and possess strong skills in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
  11. Ability to speak French is an added advantage
