Job Title: Personal Administrative Assistant
Job Location: Accra, Greater Accra Region
SOS Children’s Villages, a social welfare organisation that provides orphaned, abandoned and destitute children with a stable and permanent family home and educational opportunities is inviting applications from dynamic and suitably qualified persons for the above position.
Qualification and Requirements
- The successful applicant will report to the National Director
- He/She should hold a first degree in Social Sciences or Business Administration
- Age- Not less than 30 years
- Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
- The ideal candidate should have strong Leadership, organisational and managerial skills
- Must possess good interpersonal skills; excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Should be a strategic thinker combined with practical “can do” attitude and possess strong analytical decision-making, time management and problem solving skills
- The successful applicant should be self-motivated, innovative and capable of providing administrative leadership in managing the National Director’s office
- Must have fundraising and sales experience
- Must be computer literate and possess strong skills in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to speak French is an added advantage
