Mantrac gears up for oil and gas industry

MANTRAC Ghana – authorised dealers of caterpillar products in the country – is to enhance its service delivery to help meet growing demands in the emerging oil and gas industry.

The company is confident the new industry holds brighter prospects for its line of business and has, thus, resolve to work closely with its customers to help meet their individual aspirations.

“With decades of experience in power solutions for the oil and gas industry, we are backed by strong technical expertise and a deep understanding of local markets” the Managing Director of Mantrac Ghana, Mr Emad Adeeb, said on the sidelines of the Ghana Oil and Gas Summit in Accra.

To further enhance service delivery to the industry, he said the company was working to ensure that the right measures were in place to detect problems early, avoid shutdowns and unplanned repairs and guarantee that machines are always performing at peak efficiency.

“In the oil and gas productivity, goals are challenging as the conditions. Much depends on how well your engines stand up to these challenges; whether you are drilling or transporting products, our products, which cover gas and diesel engines, deliver superior performance and efficiency.”

“To us, whether the job is large or small, completing it on schedule and within budget and to specification is essential,” Mr Adeeb said.

He explained that Mantrac Ghana offered a wide range of customer support agreements that ensured that comprehensive maintenance and repair of equipment, periodic field inspections and precise technical recommendations are in place to help keep machines running at maximum efficiency.

He added that the company had provided customers with an online parts store –  Manbiz – through which they can check for prices, availability of tools, create quotations and send purchase orders at anytime.
