It was a night of awards for Africa’s actors and film makers but through the wins, there was plenty glamour and style. I was not on the red carpet for logistic reasons but from the pictures I received from my colleague, I have compiled my favourite looks from the 2013 Africa Movie Academy Awards (AMAA). It is obviously not exhaustive of the many amazing looks on the night but like i said, these are the photos I had.
Lady In Red: Ghanaian actress, Zynell Lydia Zuh sizzled in this figure-hugging red dress
The Okoro Sisters: Actress Yvonne Okoro attended the ceremony with her younger sister, Roseline Okoro. While Yvonne went in for an all white gown, Roseline opted for a purple dress with hints of African print around the bust area
That Black Dress: winner of the 2012 AMAA for Best Actress, Rita Dominic backed a punch in this black number!!!
