Job Location: Accra, Greater Accra Region
  1. Approve and process requisitions and purchase orders within budget limits
  2. Maintain records of staff personnel; establish and maintain records of equipments and facilities
  3. Administer board adopted policies and procedures concerning the use of all properties and facilities of the organisation
  4. Supervise workers in the maintenance and repair of all physical properties; establish and implement cleaning, painting, renovation schedules and operate within budget
  5. Supervise assigned office personnel
  6. Coordinate the production of informational and public relations materials, as required
  7. Develop an administrative calendar and ensure it is functional
  8. Organise weekly staff meeting
  9. Record munites at church board meetings and implement decisions taken from the meeting
  10. Responsible to oversee effective running of programmes and other events
  11. Assist the Branch Manager in planning, conducting and evaluating congregational services as requested

Secretarial Responsibilities:

  1. Type letters, memos and/or reports, often of a confidential nature
  2. Coordinates travel arrangements, meeting schedules and itenary preparations for internal and or external travel
  3. Processes expenses, cheques payments, petty cash disbursement and reports, and other routine requisitions to pay bills, clear expenses and/or order supplier
  4. Answer telephone calls, takes messages and disseminate and redirect calls
  5. Any other responsibility that may be assigned by the Manager or C.E.O.
Qualification and Requirements
  1. Minimum of a HND or Degree in HRM/Administration from a recognised institution
  2. Minimum of three years experience in the same or similar position
  3. Must reside in Accra or within its immediate environ
