Justice Francis Y. Kpegah

The case involving Retired Supreme Court Judge, Justice Francis Kpegah and the NPP 2012 Flag bearer Nana Akufo-Addo has been adjourned to May 2nd.

This was because Justice Kpegah who is challenging Nana Akufo-Addo’s legal credentials was conspicuously missing in Court on Tuesday.

Reports indicated that Justice Kpegah was indisposed.

Citi News Reporter, Richard Mensah reported that the Presiding Judge doubted the credibility of the Lawyer who purported to have represented Justice Kpegah in Court.
