Opportunity is available for individuals with Diploma/Degree in English, Journalism or Social Science with demonstrated excellence in English Grammar.

1. Diploma/Degree in English, Journalism or Social Science with demonstrated excellence in English Grammar.
2. Applicant(s) must have excellent communication skills, fluency in English and good typing skills.
3. Proficiency in the use of commonly used phone system, strong inter-personal skills together with problem solving skills which require exercising independent judgment will be a bonus.
4. It will also be preferred if applicant(s) have previous experience in an active call center environment.
5. Position is for either the morning or afternoon shift.
6. Successful candidate(s) will be required to work independently as well as being part of a team.
