CAIRO (AFP) – Egypt’s President Mohamed Morsi will announce a cabinet shuffle, a presidential palace official said on Saturday, but it will unlikely meet opposition demands for a complete overhaul of the government.

“A ministerial change and a change in governors, and the responsibility will go to those who are most qualified,” Morsi himself wrote on Twitter. A presidential official confirmed that Morsi would “imminently” announce the changes.
