Human Resource Manager at A Reputable Company

A reputable company in Tema is looking for a Human Resource Manager who stays around Tema.

1. Identify staff vacancies of all positions and recruit, interview and select applicants
2. Able to perform difficult duties such as referring disputes,firing employees and administering disciplinary procedures
3. Provide staff with information regarding company policies, job duties, working conditions and wages
4. Investigate and report on industrial accident for insurance purposes
5. Maintain the records at the work structures by updating all employees records such as: appointment letters, photographs, disciplinary action letters

1. University Degree in Social Science Administration
2. A minimum of 5 years working experience in Human Resource field
3. Have in-depth knowledge of the Labour Act 2003 (Act. 651)
4. Experience in handling Labour issues
5. Ability to work with minimum supervision and must meet deadlines
