Emmanuel Tagoe thrilled patrons at his media work out session on Wednesday ahead of his international bout against Ronald Pontillas in the second fight organized by Asamoah Gyan’s boxing promotions.
Tagoe was clad in the iconic no.3 jersey of the Black Stars captain as he went about doing his drills at the Seconds Out Gym in Accra.
The ‘Game Boy’ has promised a good show against the tough Filipino who comes from the stables of boxing great Manny Pacquiao.
Drenched in heavy sweat, the WBA International Lightweight title holder worked on the heavy and speed bags, skipped and did some shadowboxing as part of his training rudiment for the day.
Watching on the training session was ex Black Stars striker Baffour Gyan who doubles as the Vice President of the Baby Jet Boxing Promotions and also the senior brother of the President, Asamoah Gyan.
Tagoe will continue with his training the to await the arrival of his Filipino opponent on April 22 – four clear days towards the fight at the Accra Sports Stadium.
