While organizers announced that they did not want Oscar Pistorius at any meeting to commemorate the one year of the London Olympics in 2012, the representatives of the South African athletes concealed the reality by announcing the dismissal of any travel by the athlete.
In a statement, Pistorius would not have expected to participate in any international competitions for now. “Oscar has no plans for any international competition at this stage,” said his agent, Peet van Zyl , rejecting any return to the track of the Paralympic athlete. http://en.africatopsports.com/2013/04/04/south-africa-oscar-pistorius-on-track-soon/
Pistorius is accused of murdering his girlfriend in February. He was seen last week in good company and a relaxed atmosphere in a restaurant.
Currently on bail, his trial begins next June 4. His bail conditions also are recently eased to allow him to travel. http://en.africatopsports.com/2013/03/28/oscar-pistorius-can-travel-his-bail-conditions-lightened/
