AC Milan Ghanaian midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng had declared himself fit for Sunday’s clash against run-away champions Juventus despite concerns over his fitness.
The 26-year-old was a major doubt for Milan’s most important game of the season after he picked up an injury during their 1-1 draw at home to second-placed Napoli.
The Ghanaian international has confirmed he will be available for selection at the San Siro.
“”I am fine,” Boateng told Milan Channel
“Earlier I thought that the damage was greater, but today I feel better and I hope to be available against Juventus.”
AC Milan, who are third on the table, are looking to climb to second at the expense of Napoli, who have 63 points.
With six weeks remaining in the Serie A, Juventus are on the verge of retaining the title as they top the table with 74 points, nine ahead of Napoli.
