Berekum Chelsea’s U20 will play at the Copa Amsterdam
Berekum Chelsea’s youth team will play in the prestigious Copa Amsterdam tournament next month, the club have confirmed.
The ninth edition of the tournament will be played from 18-20 May in the Olympic Stadium in Amsterdam.
The Young Blues will begin their campaign in Group A against Ajax Cape Town on the opening day before playing Borussia Mönchengladbach and AFC Ajax on 19 May.
Teams in Group B are Men United, Cruzeiro EC, Fluminense and Tottenham Hotspur.
This will be the fourth international tournament for the youth team since 2011.
They won the Yokohama Cup but failed to defend it last year.
Berekum Chelsea played in the International Under-19 Tournament in Altstatten, Switzerland.
