his has become necessary because of pressure from his fans and Ghanaian music lovers who keep yearning for more from him.
Award winning Akwaboah who released his first two singles, I do love you and Mesan Agye Wo some months ago is gradually creeping into the hearts of Ghanaian music lovers and building a very strong fan base for himself because of his unparallel singing and songwriting abilities as well as the maturity he exhibits on his songs.
With his fans on top of his mind, Akwaboah is poised to release one of his heartfelt music collaborations ever in his music career. Titled Nsroma (star), Akwaboah features Ghanaian Songstress Becca to tell a perfect love song.
The two have been working together since 2007 and know the strength of each other perfectly. With that as a focal point, Akwaboah and Becca both taps on the abilities and capabilities of each other to produce a sweet love melody that is likely to be on replay in the rooms, offices,ipods, cars and phones of music lovers across the world. Guys also now have a perfect Ghanaian love song to express their love to their ladies.
Akwaboah’s Nsroma would be played on all radio stations across the country on Thursday and would also be available for downloading on various websites to mark the official release of the song. Akwaboah will also be on some selected tertiary campuses in the Ashanti Region including KNUST and Kumasi Polytechnic to share cds of his third single to his fans.
He is currently shooting the video to I Do love You and and Mesan Agye Wo. Both videos would be released next month.
Akwaboah has been nominated for Song Writer of the Year at this year’s Vodafon Ghana Music Awards for the song, Best in Me which he wrote for Efya.
