Job Title: Estate Manager
Job Location: Accra, Greater Accra Region
Responsibilities
- To be responsible and accountable for the day to day residential estate management of a specific estate , including non-residential schemes and commercial properties.
- To be responsible for all residents management issues, estate agency, resident involvement and communications on the estate and the management and supervision of Estate Management staff
Qualifications and Requirements
- BSc. Land Economy/Estate Management. Masters in Business or in Real Estate/Urban land development would be an added advantage but not guaranteed advantage
- Required Experience: 8 Years Minimum
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Land Economy/Estate Management
- Candidates must have proven consistent track record of having worked as Estate Manager in the last 3 days
- Candidate must have experience in managing estates with more than 100 homes
- Leadership and supervisory skills with strong structured and organizational skills
- Effective under pressure with preventative orientation mindset
- Candidate must be proactive/immediate and responsible to necessary corrective actions
- Candidate must possess valid Ghanaian Driving Licence
