Job Title: Development Manager
Job Location: Accra, Greater Accra Region
Responsibilities
- Representative in managing all external Consultants that are on the Development site; project management, Real Estate and others.
- The Development Manager will also lead all consultants and perform final recommendation for all development activities assigned
- Will liaise with Government Ministries, Departments and Agencies to ensure that all schemes have the requisite approvals/permits/licenses before construction
Qualifications and Requirements
- BSc. Land Economy/Estate Management/Architecture. Master’s in Business or in Real Estate/Urban land development/Development Management would be an added but not guaranteed advantage
- Required Experience: 8 years minimum
Requirements
- Educational Qualification as indicated above
- Candidates must have experience with a scheme throughout at least one lifecycle of a substantial development and would have had exposure to all Development Management activities, from budgeting to planning, managing external consultants and construction, sales and marketing and estate management
- Candidate must be able to prepare development appraisals/Residual Valuation for new schemes
- Candidates must be able to prepare and present high quality presentation
- Responsible for devising and implementing the Development plan of schemes
- Responsible for ensuring commercial profitability of schemes
- Candidate must be able to develop, implement and monitor the entire Development Strategy and delivery plan (Design, Commercial, Contracts & Financial Marketing , Sales Strategy and Estate Management
- Candidate must possess valid Ghanaian Driving Licence
