Nollywood actress, Mercy Aigbe is currently upset following a recent story published online where she was accused of cheating her hubby.
An international journalist(name withheld) who wrote the story has since been blasted by the mother of two. Omoge Osas, as Mercy is fondly called by fans and friends, recent took to Twitter to prove that she did not cheat her hubby as her dress was not missing as reported by the popular blogger.

Mercy Aigbe who was hosted alongside her husband and friends by Startimes, Odua Mounmaworan last Sunday, was said to have been given an open disgrace by her husband when the former discovered that the latter suddenly disappeared while the programme was on-going.
According to reports, after her husband found her in an hotel room already changed into a nightie, he angrily dragged her out and threw her into his SUV and drove off .
A statement by V-Channel refuted the story, describing it as unfounded.
Speaking on the matter when contacted by HVP, Mercy denied ever cheating her hubby, stressing that the story was a “product of some mischievous makers.”
“I never wore a nightie. I went to the event from Iyabo Ojo’s 2nd anniversary for the Pinkies Foundation. My husband didn’t drag me out as reported.”
According to her, the organizers of the event lodged her in one of the rooms in the hotel. And when the event was over, she retired to the room to change her clothes after which she went to her car which was parked down stair. While she made several attempts to start her car to no avail. She decided to join her hubby’s car which parked beside her own car. “Only God knows where they got the story.”
The actress has been under serious fire since the report was published online.
