The beleaguered Chief Executive Officer of Microfinance And Small Loans Centre (MASLOC), Bertha Sogah has served strong notice she might take legal action against people she claims have denigrated, maligned and defamed her.

Madam Sogah, maintains she is innocent of allegations of embezzlement at MASLOC and has stated that she will go to court after the outcome of investigations into her alleged embezzlement.

This was contained in a statement Bertha Sogah issued on Wednesday cautioning people who are making public statements on the matter.

She also urged committee set up by government to investigating her to speed up the process to clear her name. Bertha Sogah has been relieved of her appointment following a series of allegations against her, including conflict of interest and diverting an amount of GH¢500,000 MASLOC fund into a private micro-finance company, Amisgold Microfinance Services Limited, supposedly owned by her husband.
