Laboratory Technician at Plato Consult Limited

The Laboratory Technician shall be responsible for gathering samples for analytical and laboratory testing to determine if they meet company standards. The role reports to the Quality Assurance Supervisor

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative testing of raw materials and beverages
• Operate mixing equipment efficiently and safely
• Blends raw materials to produce syrups according to company standards
• Operates water treatment system and conduct water testing
• Sanitizes all syrup mixing equipment to standards , maintains, cleans and calibrates lab instruments
• Conducts package quality inspections
• Maintains records on batching, inventories and production
• Generates daily and weekly summary reports on all results
• Maintains highest housekeeping standards
• Identifies and isolates any product that does not conform to standard
• Conduct market survey

• HND in Laboratory Technology
• 2 years work experience
• Good Statistical Process Control background
• Good oral and written communication
• Strong IT background in MS suite
