Hearts of Oak insist there are no offers for captain Mahatma Otoo despite reports of the Ghana international’s imminent departure.
The 21-year-old is in his final year of his contract, further fueling reports he is on his way out.
The striker has been linked with a move to English club Sunderland with reported interest from Olympique Lyon.
But the Phobians remain adamant they have received absolutely no offers for the leading marksman.
“We as a club have received no offers for the services of Mahatma Otoo,” Hearts’ Public Relations Officer Muheeb Saeed told Hot FM.
“If anything at all, it will be at a personal level where a club might have made a personal contact with the player or his manager.
“But as a club, no official interest has been registered.”
Otoo has been in great form since receiving his debut call to the Ghana national team for last month’s 2014 World Cup qualifier against Sudan.
He is however yet to make his debut for the Black Stars.
