Amidaus Professionals coach Anthony Lokko insists the Tema derby between his side and Tema Youth would be tougher than the clash with Hearts of Oak.

The debutants (6th) play city-rivals Tema Youth who are battling relegation, in a week 21 fixture at the Tema Park on Sunday before travelling to Accra to face the 19 time champions.

Amidaus held Youth a pulsating 1-1 draw in the first round fixture and a win in the reverse fixture could see them close to a top four finish.

But a trip to Accra to face an in-form Hearts of Oak side could dent their spirit to impress on their debut season in the top flight.

But Lokko, who guided Amidaus to the top division after leaving Tema Youth last season, insists the game against his former side would be a much trickier test.

“Youth is going to be obviously a tricky and tougher game than the Hearts because it is a local derby,” he told Accra-base Oman FM.

Amidaus managed a 2-2 drew against Hearts last November.
