Tour of Morocco 2013: The Frenchman Mathieu Perget, the winner!





The leading yellow did not quit him during the competition. The Frenchman Mathieu Perget is logically awarded Sunday the 27th Cycling Tour of Morocco. Winner of one stage on the Tour, Perget overpassed the Slovak Maros Kovac and Kazakh Andrey Mizurov with over 7 minutes ahead.

The Kingdom of Morocco runners have on their side managed the competition. Four stage wins among which the last was returned to Soufiane Hadi. He leads after 120 km between El Jadida and Casablanca , the German Erik Bothe (Team Bergstrasse Jenatec) and the Slovak Michael Kolar.

The first African overall is the Moroccan, Adil Jelloul seventh in 13’40. His compatriot Essaïd Abelouache , winner of two stages, won the green jersey.
