Prez Mahama Has Turned Flagstaff House Into a “Mini-Court”

The Fair Wages and Salary Commission have been described as the most useless organization at the moment in the history of Ghana by a leading member of the communication team of the NPP.

According to him the Commission has brought no solution on any of the issues being contested by the striking sectors.

He stated that the commission does not know its work which is to resolve the issues permeating from the various public work places.

He however chided on Okay FMs “Ghana Decides” program that the President has turned the seat of government into a mini-court, settling cases concerning strike actions and receiving greetings from all manner of people who come to the Presidency.

Asante Yeboah stressed that as the people are struggling in the country, there seem to be no resolution from the President concerning the future; indicating that what is supposed to be the solution to the strike action is to pay the teachers all the money the government owe them.

“The solution is not talking, pay them their monies,” the NPP communicator told the President.

He revealed that when President Mahama took the mantle from the late President Mills, he increased his salary; even though he feeds from the pocket of Ghanaians, his salary was back dated from two from years and in addition has received his ex-gratia.
He again said the past ministers who served under the Mills- Mahama administration have all received Ghc300, 000 as their ex-gratia, indicating that all the ministers do not pay any bills.

“Meanwhile, the same teachers when they go on retirement receive nothing compared to the ministers and all the 230 Parliamentarians,” he bemoaned; adding that the money was paid to the MP’s and the ministers within 3 months, whereas for the past one year the teachers have been struggling with their salary arrears.
