Lands and Natural Resources Minister, Inusah Fuseini has advised Ghanaians to follow the due process when acquiring land in the country to avoid being duped. “There are steps that one has to take in order to satisfy one’s self that I am buying land from proper persons who can transfer ownership.”
According to the Minister, people should cross-check with the Lands Commission who the proper owner of the land is.
