Over 2,000 loyal customers have been rewarded daily, weekly and monthly as part of the promotion, which started three weeks ago.

Some of the prizes include Samsung phones, Samsung L.E.D Televisions, plots of land, a 2013 Hyundai Santafe, and an overall prize of a three bedroom house at the Lakeside estate in Accra.

Toufiq Ahmed Mustapha, a National service personnel and Samuel Obeng Amoako, a graduate of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), who emerged first and second runners up, took home Samsung 40-inch television and a Samsung Galaxy note two respectively.

Tara Sqade, Head of consumer marketing at Vodafone, said the ‘Cool chop’ promotion is a reward campaign to appreciate loyal customers who participate in the promotion by texting win to Vodafone short code ‘4141’.

‘Prizes are awarded daily, weekly and monthly so today, we saw a monthly prize draw with a land giving out,’ he said.

He noted that the company had presented customers with over 2,000 prizes and said Vodafone will continue to improve service delivery.

Sarkodie expressed his gratitude to Vodafone, adding that he will build a house on the land.

The other winners for the month expressed their gratitude to Vodafone and encouraged Ghanaians to participate in the promotion since it is real.
