The successful applicant shall deliver superior customer experience through the resolution of all customer queries, use their extensive knowledge of a customer’s business and requirements to enhance the overall experience of the customer and resolve queries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner. The role reports to the Retail Store Manager

• Exceed shop and personal targets to ensure excellent customer experience
• Assist in store housekeeping and comply with policies and procedures in the organisation
• Help the Retail Store Manager to improve by giving feedback
• Create an outstanding customer experience
• Complete all administrative duties correctly including cash handling, stock and reporting of any system challenges.

• First Degree in communication or any related field
• 2 years work experience in similar role in a telecommunication industry
• Strong IT background in MS Office Suite
