PRESS RELEASE ON THE NOMINATION OF Mr. KOJO BONSU BY THE PROGRESSIVE YOUTH MOVEMENT (PYM)

We the members of the Progressive Youth Movement notice with great joy the nomination of Mr. Kojo Bonsu as the Metropolitan Chief Executive of the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly.
We are extremely grateful to the President, His Excellency, John Dramani Mahama for assigning such an affable, humble and competent son of the land this huge role in advancing the Better Ghana Agenda.
Having acquired a wide range of expertise globally in the field of sports, marketing and business administration, it is our fervent hope that you bring this huge experience to bear in the day to day administration of the Metropolis if ultimately approved by the assembly.
It is also our expectation that you effectively manage the various shades of opinions and utilise all the natural and human resources that will be available to you for the betterment of the Kumasi Metropolis.
We the entire members of the Progressive Youth Movement (PYM) in the Ashanti Region congratulate you on your nomination and assure you of our unflinching support.
In conclusion, we would like to call on the people of the Kumasi Metropolis especially, our Honorable assembly members, Traditional stakeholders, the media and the teeming supporters of the ruling NDC party to support Mr. Kojo Bonsu as he goes through this challenging process of confirmation by the Assembly.
