Job Location: Accra, Greater Accra Region
A reputable multinational telecommunication company
The successful applicant shall deliver sales through service vision by controlling customer flow on the shop floor and incorporating the use of queue management system. The role reports to Retail Store Manager
Roles Specific Requirements:
- Exceed store and personal targets to ensure business continuity
- Assist in store housekeeping and compliance by ensuring that policies and procedures are adhered to
- Help the Retail Store Manager to mange all activities on the floor
- Create an outstanding customer experience
Qualification and Requirements
- First Degree in communication or any related field
- 2 years work experience in similar role in a telecommunication industry
- Strong IT background in MS Office Suite
