Job Title: Site Supervisor
Job Location: Accra, Greater Accra Region
Responsibilities
- Supervise the construction of residential homes.
- Ensure approved materials and equipment’s are distributed accordingly at the beginning of each day, and that they are put to their right uses.
- Recruit and maintain fifty (50) artisans monthly.
- Responsible for the workers’ welfare and worker-related administrative matters
- Responsible for all project-related matters, including resolution of project and technical issues, attending regular site meetings, and ensure accuracy and timely submission of all project-related documents.
- Organize the construction crew to allocate work according to schedule and perform quality checks regularly to ensure meeting quality standards
- Coordinate administrative, logistics and operational work, as well as liaise with Clients’ project personnel to prepare, execute and fulfill project deliverables and schedules
- Delegate/assign tasks to workers (artisans) as appropriate and supervise to ensure compliance with stipulated procedures, methods of statement and safety requirements
- Report and assist in the investigation of safety violations, dangerous occurrences and accidents, where necessary
- Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as and when required or instructed.
Qualification and Requirements
- HND Building Technology/ Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 4 years practical hands-on supervisory experience in the construction of residential homes.
