Ghana U17 coach Paa Kwesi Fabin
Ghana’s U-17 team suffered a 3-2 defeat to Sampdoria in a pre-African Junior Championship friendly on Thursday.
Oti Essigba and Yakubu Mohammed scored for the Black Starlets in the match played in Sampdoria.
The Sampdoria fielded a side which included players from the first team and Primavera (youth side).
The Black Starlets beat Swiss second-tier side FC Gossau 10-0.
Paa Kwesi Fabin and his youngsters have been preparing in Novara since last Thursday.
