Moroccan Essaïd Abelouache Tuesday won the 5th phase of Tour of Morocco 2013. This is the second time he removes a step on this year’s edition.
The fifth phase was taking the bunch from Fez to Meknes, a distance of 101 km. Abelouache oversteps in sprint the Slovak Matej Jurco and Marek Canecky.
Overall, the French Mathieu Perget (CMI-Greenover) is leading the race with a time of 16h15’43 ” beating the Slovak Maros Kovac and Kazakh Andrey Mizurov.
The sixth phase is run on Wednesday between Meknes and Khenifra (150 km).
