Former Public Relations Officer of Medeama Ebenezer Aidoo has called for total support for the side as they look to win their first Premier League title.

The Yellow and Mauves have opened a three-point lead at the summit of the Ghana Premier League table with 10 games left to run.

Medeama have defied critics to maintain their lead of the Ghanaian top flight for a longer haul this term and are determined to shake off all competition as the season grinds to the business end.

And Aidoo says it is time for an all-hand on deck approach with the critical part of the season fast on the horizon.

“This is the time we need total support from everyone associated with the club,” he told GHANAsoccernet.com.

“People of the Western Region should rally behind the club because this is their club on the threshold of making history.

“I believe strongly with this absolute support, there is no way we cannot annex the Premier League which the club has so much worked for.”

Medeama currently lead the top flight with 38 points – three more than closest rival Berekum Chelsea.
