A written request from Berekum Arsenal to the Disciplinary Committee to reschedule the date for hearing of a misconduct charge has been rejected.
The D.C dismissed the request insisting that the case will still be heard on Thursday, April 4.
Arsenal wrote to have the case adjourned to April 14 in order to have their counsel, who is away in Italy present.
Arsenal will appear for a hearing into misconduct charge brought the Club during their Week 13 Match with Hearts of Oak .
The Berekum side will have respond to two counts of misconduct by the club’s supporters contrary to Article 35 (2) and (4) in their 2-2 home draw with Hearts on December 26, 2012 at the Golden City Park.
