Japan Motors Trading Company Limited (JMTC) has launched a fully redesigned commercial vehicle NV350 Urvan featuring the best-in-class fuel efficiency for gasoline and diesel engine models and a larger cargo space.

The vehicle, which guarantees lower running costs, and enhanced driver and passenger convenience, was unveiled last week at the showroom of the official dealers of Nissan Range of Vehicles and its products.

‘Nissan’s expertise in commercial vehicles spans more than eight decades and today boasts of one of the widest range of LCVs (light commercial vehicles) in the world serving a diverse customer base with the broadest possible breadth of requirements,’ said Salem Kalmoni, Managing Director of JMTC, in an interview with the media at the launch.

According to him, the new NV350 Urvan is flexible enough to meet diverse needs of Nissan lovers, offering class-leading durability, reliability and efficiency whilst providing exceptional driver and passenger comfort.

‘We believe the new NV350 Urvan achieves all this with a bold new design, which will appeal to our customers,’ he said.

Also present at the event were the General Manager, Sales and Marketing of Japan Motors, Imad Antoine Ghorayeb, the Marketing Manager, Hilda Peasah and the Sales Manager, Clare Kattah.

On his part, Imad Antoine Ghorayeb said: ‘Nissan NV350 Urvan’s combination of low running cost, durability and flexibility have been helping businesses deliver on time and on a very appreciable budget.

‘The new NV350 Urvan builds on this solid foundation by offering more transmission options, body variants and innovative features. With its refreshed and reinvigorated offering, Japan Motors is confident enough in the NV350 Urvan to have set an ambitious target of doubling sales in the next three years,’ he said.

Mrs. Clare Kattah also highlighted some of the matchless features of the 15-seater NV350 Urvan, which includes a four Cylinder Horse Power (Hp) 95KW/3200 RPM.

She added that some of the safety features include ABS -Antilock Brake System and EBD-Electronic brake Distribution.

‘The vehicle comes with a 2.5 litre diesel Engine, a UPS and a Cockpit designed for drivers comfort,’ she said and announced the warranty support, which is three years or 100,000km.
