After coming up as a nominee in the Best Mixtape DJ Of the Year category of the Ghana DJ Awards, DJ Ashmen has taken his game to another level as he joins the the Best International Mixtape category of the Official Mixtape Awards alongside world renowned DJs including DJ Jazzy Jeff, DJ Clue and DJ Whoo Kid.
As the only African in the category, DJ Ashmeen is hopeful of coming tops to garner the Best International Mixtape award at The Official Mixtape Award, an initiative to actively recognize, promote, and celebrate Mixtapes and its contributors.
The Great Ultimate Power Drive presenter is currently receiving great reviews on his latest mixtape, Ghana @ 56 which has already recorded 1,224 downloads on Hulkshare alone.
The mixtape features the hottest tunes in Ghana and opens with the epic independence speech by Ghana’s first leader Dr Kwame Nkrumah.
The 22 track mixtape has also been uploaded on Ghana’s finest mixtape site, ghanamixtapes.com and Ghana Music.com.
