Dwarfs pip Liberty Professionals
Bright Lukman’s penalty secured a slim 1-0 win for Ebusua Dwarfs against Liberty Professionals in Cape Coast.
The Mysterious Club returned to winning ways haven suffered defeat at debutants Amidaus Professionals in midweek.
They however atoned for the midweek mishaps by grinding out the much needed win against the ‘Scientific Soccer Lads’.
Liberty were not ready to surrender to their host despite missing key players to the Ghana U20 team at the African Youth Championships.
But they were undone by a second half penalty converted by Bright Lukman who is being courted by the Burkina Faso national team.
Dwarfs have thus moved to fourth place with 32 points.
