Ghana’s untouchable entertainer, DJ Mensah, has been nominated for Artist/Band DJ of the Year at the 2013 African Global DJ Awards schedule for May 4 this year.
The Global Awards ceremony is the biggest awarding body that recognizes the contributions of Disc Jockeys in the entertainment industry around the globe.
DJ Mensah popularly called ‘the Untouchable’ for his way of presenting the craft by industry players, is among the few Ghanaian DJ’s to be nominated for the awards.
Mensah not long ago won the Artiste DJ of the year award at the Ghana DJ’s awards and has been widely praised for his performance at the Sunyani rocks concert.
Mensah last week returned to Ghana having honoured an invitation to perform as guest DJ at the Kofi mogul 227 lounge in Canada on the invitation of Afro Centric Events.
He has performed on many international platforms as official Disc Jockey of BET award winner Sarkodie, and also in his personal capacity as an entertainer around the world.
Mensah is the official DJ for the Phamous TV Show on Viasat One Television.
