The chairman of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, PAP, Hon Kingsley Kuku, has cautioned leaders of former agitators in the Niger Delta to avoid comments that could heat up the polity saying that such statement, could be misinterpreted
Kuku made this appeal in a statement signed by the head of media and communications, Mr Daniel Alabrah, and made available to LEADERSHIP.
The chairman said the appeal was made in the light of recent developments involving some of the top leaders of the former agitators in the Niger Delta
