Ghana will advance if:
*they do not lose to Niger, OR
*they lose by 1 goal AND Mali draw with Congo DR.
Mali will advance if:
*they defeat Congo DR, OR
*they draw with Congo DR AND
*Niger do not defeat Ghana, OR
*Niger defeat Ghana by at least 2 goals, OR
*Niger defeat Ghana by a score of 1-0 AND Mali score at least 1 goal, OR
*Mali score no goals AND Mali have a better booking record than Niger, OR
*Mali and Niger have an equal booking record AND Mali win by drawing of lots.
Congo DR will advance if:
*they defeat Mali.
Niger will advance if:
*they defeat Ghana AND Mali do not draw with Congo DR, OR
*Niger score at least 2 goals, OR
*Niger score exactly 1 goal AND Mali draw with Congo DR by a score of 0-0 AND Niger have a better booking record than Mali, OR
*Niger and Mali have an equal booking record AND Niger win by drawing of lots.
