Vodafone opens ultra-modern retail store at Tema

Vodafone has replicated in Ghana its world class standard retail store at Tema to deliver great customer experience on the network at all customer touch points.

“This is the same in terms of Vodafone’s global retail standard store in the UK and we are proud to make this happen in Ghana,” Kyle Whitehill, Chief Executive Officer of Vodafone Ghana, adding that the aim would be completed if the workers worked with a sense of dedication to render reliable and customer friendly service.

He said innovation was the main tool for the success of Vodafone saying “whether it’s our retail environment or our products and services that is what differentiates us on the market”.

“That is why this new shop opening is another proud moment for us. It further demonstrates our relentless obsession with our customers to continue to provide them with the tools to make their lives richer”, he said.

The store, which comprised state-of-the–art internet café, WiFi Zone providing the fastest high speed internet connectivity in Africa, has also incorporated, the first ever, Vodafone Business Solutions (VBS) lounge to serve clients.

The VBS lounge comes with a video conferencing facility which will enable VBS customers to interact and work their partners at the store.

Mr Samuel Quadjie, Director of Royal Systems and Services Limited, said the store was world class that would go a long way to provide quality business environment for Vodafone and its customers.

He said the modern touch of the store would give Vodafone’s cherished convenience and value.

Mr Quadjie, whose company was in charge of all the previous renovation of Vodafone ultra-modern stores, noted that the creation of these stores had placed Vodafone Ghana above all its competitors in the country.

As a global brand with footprints all over the world, Vodafone Ghana is currently leading in customer experience and innovations with its products and services in the country.
