Been up since 4am. So tired so stressed with moving!&#8217;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Last weekend Imogen celebrated turning thirty with a series of bashes, dinners and pampering.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>On Saturday night Thomas squeezed her curves into a tight lace dress as she attended a birthday meal at Nozomi in Knightsbridge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Following the party she tweeted: &#8221;Well that&#8217;s it! Another bday gone!! Had the best time.
