The vicinity of the Electoral Commission (EC) is very quiet with entrances of both ends of the road leading to the Commission heavily guarded by security personnel.<\/p>\n

Heavy crowd control vehicles, military armoured personnel carriers and fire tenders have been positioned at vantage points around the immediate areas leading to the EC including the Ridge Hospital.<\/p>\n
