Former Attorney General and Minister for Justice, Ayikoi Otoo has refused to concede having lost the Krowor constituency in the Greater Accra region.<\/p>\n

The refusal led to delays in the declaration of the results at the collating centre.<\/p>\n

Joy News’ Cyrus de-Graft Johnson reports hundreds of party youth had converged on the main Nungua road leading to some traffic build-up.<\/p>\n

According to de-graft Johnson, Ayikoi Otoo stormed out of the collating center having felt shortchanged.<\/p>\n
