Ghana includes Duncan in squad to meet Cape Verde

Kwesi Appiah has named a 21-man for Ghana’s international friendly against Cape Verde in Lisbon, Portugal.

Inter Milan player Joseph Duncan and Awal Mohammed of Maritzburg United have been handed their debut Black Stars call-ups for the match on Tuesday, 13 November.

The 2013 Africa Cup of Nations warm-up match will be played at the University of Lisbon Sports Stadium.

Goalkeepers: Fatau Dauda (AshantiGold, Ghana) and Daniel Adjei (Liberty Professionals, Ghana)

Defender: Samuel Inkoom (Dnipro, Ukraine), John Paintsil (Hapoel Tel Aviv, Israel), Kissi Boateng (Berekum Chelsea, Ghana), Nana Kwasi Asare (Utrecht, Holland), Jonathan Mensah (Evian Thonon Gaillard, France), Awal Mohammed (Maritzburg United, South Africa), Jerry Akamenko (Eskisehirspor, Turkey), David Addy (Vitoria Guimaraes, Portugal)
