Luanda — The President of the Republic, José Eduardo dos Santos, appointed Frederico Manuel dos Santos e Silva as the head of the Cabinet Council, and Ana Maria de Sousa e Silva, as his deputy, ANGOP has learnt.
The Head of State is also making consultations in order to set up the new government, following the August 31, 2012 general elections.
The information is contained in a press note of the services of assistance to the President of the Republic.
MPLA and its head of list, José Eduardo dos Santos, won the aforesaid elections with more than 71 per ent of the votes.
