Isaac Vorsah is confident of Ghana’s victory over Botswana in the opening 2012 Africa Cup of Nations Group D fixture on Tuesday.
The Black Stars open begin the campaign in Franceville without their defensive pillar who is currently serving a two-match ban.
Vorsah who plays for German side TSG Hoffenheim however believes his teammates can do the job over the Zebras in his absence.
“I am very confident we will beat Botswana,” he told MTNFootball.com.
“Even though I am not playing I know we have other competent and capable players who can play in my place.
“No predictions for now but I believe we will win.”
