Former Nigeria youth international winger King Osanga is on trials at Algerian club USM Alger after he failed to establish himself at Etoile du Sahel of Tunisia.
The 21-year-old Osanga has failed to get regular playing time at his Tunisian team, which he blamed on change in coaches, and as such he wishes to move to where he could play more regularly.
“I am tired of not playing regularly at Etoile, so I need to move. My predicament at Etoile is not because I am not good but a change of coaches caused it all, so I need to move to where I can be playing regularly,” Osanga informed MTNFootball.com
He has scored three goals in nine appearances for Etoile du Sahel.
The former Heartland star said he is hopeful he will bag a deal in Algeria after his trials.
“I was made to understand that USM are one of the best clubs in the continent now. My manager spoke well about the team and that is why I am here,” offered Osanga, who is also linked with Swiss side FC Zurich.
“I hope to sign a deal in some days to come. The atmosphere is not bad.”
