The United Bank for Africa Plc said its board have accepted the resignation of Victor Osadolor, from the board. The resignation of the former managing director, takes effect from January 9, a statement from the bank said.
Before his resignation, Osadolor served UBA as Executive Director, Deputy Managing Director, South, and Managing Director, UBA Capital Holdings Limited.
He was appointed to the board in 2005.
Chairman of the bank, Israel Ogbue thanked Osadolor for his contribution to the development of the bank and wished him well.He said Osadolor is an articulate member of the board with vast experience in all areas of banking, saying that the board will miss him.
