Kotoko needed a solitary strike from Nafiu Iddrisu to beat a local lower division side from Akim Oda 1-0 on Sunday.
On Monday, the Porcupine Warriors beat Premier League campaigners Bechem United 2-0 in Bechem.
The pair of goals were scored in the second half by Kofi Nti Boakye and Nathaniel Asamoah.
Kotoko will finalize their preparations with another friendly against second-tier side BA United at the Sunyani Coronation Park on Wednesday.
