Judge Abdel-Mo’ez Ibrahim Head of the High Juridical Elections Commission (HJEC) said that the Commission has not received any complaints or reports so far in the third phase of parliamentary elections.

He pointed out that the Commission will not hold press conferences except for announcing the results.

In statements to “Aswat Masriya” Ibrahim declined to set a date for announcing the results of the first round pointing to delay to announce the results of the first phase due to problems of counting votes last month.

The Head of the HJEC added that he met today a number of heads of sub-polling centres in order to follow up the electoral process.

The third and final phase of parliamentary elections is held in nine governorates, namely Dakahliya, Minya, Qaliubiya, Gharbiya, Qena, New Valley, Marsa Matrouh, North Sinai and South Sinai.
