Kevin Federline<\/a> suffered a health scare while filming a reality show in Australia last month, when the former back-up dancer was taken to a local hospital for “heat stress.”<\/p>\n

Federline is Down Under filming Excess Baggage<\/em>, a weight-loss program that will air on the Nine Network next year, according to Adrian Motte, a rep for the show who confirmed the incident, first reported by E! Online<\/a>.<\/p>\n

“Our first shoot was in November in the Kimberley region in Outback Western Australia, widely regarded as one of the most remote and hostile parts of the country,” Motte said. “During the shoot, under advice from the show’s medic, Kevin was taken to hospital as he was showing signs of heat stress. <\/p>\n

November is the hottest month of the year in the region, with daytime temperatures averaging more than 100 degrees.<\/p>\n

But Federline, 33, reportedly bounced back from the setback.<\/p>\n

“He resumed filming in the Kimberley shortly after and is currently continuing on with the show,” according to Motte. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n
